Biz Strategy 📈

• I came to the epiphany that I can write the most code in the world, but none of it will matter if no one uses the software.
• So I have resolved in 2026 to focus hard on getting the product into the hands of others.
• Spreading awareness for the business will come from hosting events, creating content, and visiting college campuses.
• Time to get uncomfortable in 2026 😈

Fun Stories 🤯

• Spent a lovely Christmas with my family.
• Got into my first and last bar fight with my dad and some random strangers (they started it 🤷‍♂️).
• Got to work in person with my Co-Founder Sacco.
• Hung out with my hometown boys and grabbed a pint or two 🍻
• Visited Arlington, VA to check out my buddy's new crib.
• Spent my first NYE in SF 🌁
• Checked into our Tahoe Ski Lease and got my first shred of the season in 🏂

Drink Counter Updates 🆕

• DB setup fully complete with proper syncing of activity_info table
• Established the manage user view for the drink counter, complete with in-app invites and viewing invited/joined users.
• Added the drink management component, complete with creating drinks, managing time, and finalizing the drink on the backend.
• Added charts that allow you to view fields about your drinks

• Added delete drink counter functionality
• Added end session functionality
• Added friends selector component in the Friends tab

A slow 3 weeks due to the holidays and visiting home. Not happy about it, but no need to dwell on the past. Time to lock in on what's on the road ahead 🔒
